The study of art, artists, and techniques has been a constant part of my life for as long as I can remember. My deep roots grew through my grandmother, an oil painter, who built a foundation and appreciation of many artistic forms. During my 10 year professional career I was a successful art director and web designer. In the peak of my design career I was blessed with a different challenge: raising twins. Although raising two children is a fulfilling endeavor, I desired a creative outlet. I enrolled in a bead-making class and was immediately hooked by the unlimited creative possibilities of molten glass. It keeps me totally engaged in a process that is a constant thrill of both aesthetic and technical challenges
